Product introduction:Xinlong inorganic non-combustible composite board is made of magnesium oxide, magnesium sulfate, middle alkali glass fiber mesh, expanded perlite, sawdust, and other auxiliary materials and additives,which is advanced process,demould, conservation,anti-halogen processing and drying processes.what's more it is popular in the world.It is divided into building materials board and fire resistance board according to processes, formulas. Its technical indicators are completely compliance with the requirements of GB 25970-2010<inorganic non-combustible composite board> standard.

The surface density of magnesium oxide board is 0.8-1.2g/cm3.It is reduced the building loading,and made the building weight of interior wall reduce 60% more,meanwhile,increased the used area about 5-8%.Light weight board benefit to the structure anti-vibration,and efficiently decrease the cost of groundwork and struct body.

Light burned magnesium oxide power,It is suitable for building materials and fireproof material,because its content is more than 85%,and its price is two times the price magnesite,what's more no impurities.Its fireproof performance is better than the magnesite.

Package :in bulk or in wooden pallets.(wooden pallets can protect fireproof board and keep stable in the container;in bulk can load more fireproof board to reduce the cost in the same container. )

Selection the magnesium oxide board should be notice that:
1.Healthy and Eco-friendly:must not has the asbestos and etc harmful substance materials.
2.Chloride content rate: the ratio must not more than 10%.
3.Deformation:raw material,process technology, and the period of production should be very well.
4.Physical performance:anti-bending strength,anti-impact,and nail holding should be very well.
5.Board surface:image should excellent.
6.Thickness deviation:when the board diagonal line greater than 2000mm,board length and width deviation should more or less 5mm; when the board diagonal lin less than 2000mm, board length and width deviation should more or less 3mm.
7.Shrinkage rate:dry shrinkage rate should less than 0.3% and the wet expansion rate should less than 0.6%.
8.Anti-halogen performance:should no water,no damp.
9.Using time:great duration of life.
